Interactive Installation

You Are Here invites users to engage with their spatial environment on many levels. It asks the question "In what ways does space affect one’s experience and perception of a place and conversely, in what ways can these experiences create space?" Composed of a physical built space incorporating an existing space, sensors, video projection, and sound, the interactivity in this project, whether on or off the sensors, requires exploration of one’s relationship with their everyday environment, as well as with other people. The space, projections, and sound modulate according to the location of the people and the number of people present.
